    Whilst most of the staff are very courteous and helpful, those on the cigarettes/lottery counter really need a shake up/reallocation of duties. They stand and chat amongst themselves whilst customers wait upon 'their' convenience. Not good service - the manager should manage, be aware and take corrective action!
